    Commands
    sm_ip - ADMFLAG_GENERIC - Grabs a players IP adress.
    sm_global_alert - ADMFLAG_CHAT - Sends a global alert
    sm_warn - ADMFLAG_CHAT - Warns a user.
    sm_getposition - ADMFLAG_GENERIC - Gets the position of a user.
    sm_getlocation - ADMFLAG_GENERIC - Retrieves location of client
    sm_sp" - ADMFLAG_GENERIC - Opens steam profile of target.

    Installation instructions
    1. Download admin_tools.zip and unzip it.
    2. Place the sourcemod folder into your addons folder.
