I think there is an option to do that on the menu when you trace the spray.

It's an option under Server Commands. "Remove Spray". After you remove it the menu where you get to take action against the sprayer will show up.
You have to be aiming at the spray that you're going to remove.

There is a "Remove Spray" admin command on the menu.

It also brings up the punishment menu so you can remove it and punish at the same time.

French translation attached. It's a pain in the rear to translate, there's numerous redundancy in the phrases

There are a lot of redundancy because some of the phrases have some info, some have all info, etc etc... yay options?
