Hello, first i would like to say sorry if my english is bad.

I would want a plugin for a jailbreak server, that includes 1 admin comand and 1 general comand for all players.

Admin command: amx_bl/amx_blacklist
-It's a command that transfers a player from the CT side to T but it doesnt allow him to transfer himself back to CT for the currentmap and the nextmap.
-Also if the player disconnects from the server, would not disappear from the "/blacklist", and if he reconnects the server would not let him transfer to CT.

General command: /blacklist
-Shows a HUD, like a menu but without selections(only to exit the menu), that shows which players are in blacklist.

P.S: Sorry but i tried to learn how to script in amxx but it's hard for me to undrstand, because it's a hard language to script for me, and especially there are many words in english that i dont understand.
