Hello!
I make this plugin by editing on VIP plugin

Version: 1.9.1 BETA

change cvars:-
1. Download ZIP and extract it to your server directory
2. Open configs/zm_svip.cfg file and set your settings.

COMMANDS:
Chat:

/svip - opens MOTD window. You have you create your own svips.txt file and put to cstrike folder!
/svips - shows connected SVIP players
/svm - SVIP menu

Console:

zm_svip_list - list all loaded privilegies (in console)
zm_svip_reload - reload all loaded SVIPs
zm_svip_remove [Player] - remove player privilegies

[OST_Aloe]

It makes no sense, because in the standard plugin you can add a bunch of different privileges, under different flags.
