It should show up all fine in the Player Commands menu ingame.
If you aren't able to perm ban, you need to have the unban permission as this feature was added in 1.3.5.

There's no need to reinstall. Just upgrade all files and run the /updater.

i got error ,so maybe that is causing it ?

I happened to look at that link and found player with ban for having cheated in a steam-game but his record is clear

MAJOR BUG! This only happened after upgrading to the newest version.

If steam id "STEAM_0:0:1821" is banned. Person with steam id of "STEAM_0:0:1821872" cannot join in!!!!!!

Seems it is not checking the whole steam ID#!!!

I banned the myg0t groups and the leaders keep trying to join my dustbowl server since it seems they like dustbowl. But now none of the worst spammers, griefers and ragers can get on.

did you add the server to the server list on the webpage? check debug mode so you can see the sql queries incase they are wrong ex. if you are behind NAT/PAT and the sql/web-server has your external ip you will have problems (unless they fixed that)

does it need port 3306 to be opened to work ?
