Well apparently this version uses the name of the SERVER ADMIN group instead of the web admin because changing that allows me to log in.

Its a known bug that doing a manual entry in the table view doesnt work. Try it in the tiles view.

As for your ipn not working its probably set wrong in the config. Copy and pastr it into your browser and make sure u dont 404

when i copy paste i have a blank page, not 404.. so it's good?
if i put manually a donor in admin page its added on SourceBans, so the problem with paypal its only because ipn.php dont work?

No theres not. But u can comment out the name colors in the front end scripts and insert null into the database in ipn.php
