Allow extra medkits for 5+ players in COOP L4D2. Has CVARS for allowing extra medkits when the finale is activated and in Survival for 5+ players at each round start. All code derived from [L4D(2)] SuperVersus [1.5.4] and modding to aforementioned plugin by Marcus101RR, Merudo, Foxhound27, Senip, RainyDagger, and Shao.
