[Request] CS 1.6 Mod Plugin

Hi, I'm looking for one plugin / mod for cs 1.6 game server on this forum but I really don't find it.
If someone can help me I write down all details what I need.

Plugin Mod Name : Assasin vs Surviors
Details:

At the beginning of a round, a player would have chosen you at random and moved you to TERRORIST teams alone against the other players.
He will receive bonuses for fast movement, gravity, life and a personalized shop where he can buy weapons: knives of different models / damage.

The game will be 1 vs the rest of the players connected on the server. Let's call him "Assassin / Nemesis"

Those left against "Counter Terrorists" will have a custom weapons / life / armor / pet or jackpack shop.

I'm interested in a basic plugin with which I can start doing this gameplay mode.

Something like! But no! If you know zombie mod, Nemesis vs all? Is possible to make something like this ? Like one mod?

I am interested in whether it can be modified and whether the following can be added:
1. Boss Skin / CT Skin (optional)
2. CVAR for maxHP / minHP / Boss speed / CT speed / gravity (optional only for boss) /
3. The event can also take place without an admin, meaning that a player can be chosen at random, even if he is an admin or not online
