I've done SteamCMD well, I've got everything in check, server.cfg; portforwarding is okay, it's open; and the server can go online... problem is, I can't use my public IP to connect. When I try to use my IPv4, it says "Bad Password". That's it. On the console and the in-game console. Any solutions for this?

I'm kinda tired of hittin 20 errors in a row here with this server so if I could just finish it lol I would be as happy as ever.

Bad password = You set a password, put it in when you're connecting.
In console: connect ip.address.here;password yourpasswordyousetinserver.cfg

So for me... it would be
ex.:
connect 0.0.0.0:00000;password (pass)

Update: Just a quick question which might be the problem.... where does my server.cfg file go?

Alright that's CS:GO and I'm working with a CS:S server, it's a bit different so I'm guessing it would be put in
counter-strike source\cstrike\cfg
