(edit) If anyone was wondering, you can use the "mp_match_end_at_timelimit 1" cvar, which does what its name suggest. It had another name before, so be sure ot use that one. As for disabling objective, there is an old plugin that is supposed to do it, but it is old and has since gone kaput.
