Looks like it is working again after the Gamedata update

The plug-in doesn't rename F2P and Premium players. The plug-in boots, sourcetools too, in logs of errors isn't present. In cfg:
"[F2P]" sm_free_prefix
"[Gold]" sm_premium_prefix

Found the conflict between plug-ins [TF2] MW2Renamer and Free2BeRenamed. If to unload MW2Renamer that Free2BeRenamed works. It is possible - whether to repair it. Both plug-ins are very necessary and I don't want to refuse one of them.

Had a similar problem a while ago. I merged the color code striping of one plugin with the rename plugin.

Players get renamed to "name".

Ah oops. I thought you were referring to another gamedata, like steamtools or some other requirement.
