Key "C" is "radio3" command, on default keyboard.

but which is the bind for the taste C or V?
It is not possible to know which keys are being pressed. You can only detect the functions that are sent to the server. For example, when someone presses the key bound to "+use", a plugin is only able to detect that "IN_USE" was used and not what key is bound to "+use".

Then look at your default binds and see what they do and then search for how to hook that function. Most of these functions are being hooked in plugins or at least have been asked about before.
