Get the latest HLDS via SteamCMD. You can get AMX Mod X and MetaMod from amxmodx.org (on the downloads page).

Beside the fakt that the hlds version is not visible it looks good.
If you type "version" into the servers console and it replies with something like 8XXX it is all good.
