Changed the gg_save_temp time to 30 while on the server, disconnected and waited longer than 30 seconds and still my team got droped down to first level again....

I can come a little closer to the level reset bug.
We had a cheater on our server a few minuts ago, after recording him and banning him (and also submitting him to steambans ;)) my clanmate joined the same team again, he didn't left the server and still the team got reset to level 1.

Seems a teamkill on the knife level also triggers a win!

So to summ it up: a kill on your own team, no matter if you kill yourself or a teammate triggers the win, correct?

It seems so! It might explain why I am suddenly on the winning team a lot more!

Fixed "Invalid weapon id 0" runtime error (hopefully).

"Fixed" the player scores MOTD by removing it, it's not doable.

Fixed the "ML_NOTFOUND SPAWNPROTECTED_KILL" error.

Fixed the bug that caused score downs (killing teammate, blowing yourself up with grenade, etcetera) to level you up / make you win in teamplay mode. This fixes the knifing teammate or nading self while on knife level and then winning bugs.

Potentially the last change that I made will remedy other problems. So before I go digging into those I'd like you guys to test this and see what mysterious voodoo happens then.

Cheap_Suit: I just saw your "When gg_block_equips is set to 1 you dont spawn with a knife for some maps." message. Do you know some maps that this happens on?
