The server must Be restarted if you had not already also I had the same problem, it was cuased by haveing a space after my steam id

Ok, my bad, you do Have to include the port number in with the IPAddress.

To make sure you have the correct port as listed in the Admins.txt file
add this to you CS source cut: +clientport 27007
and in you admins.txt have it 192.168.1.1:27007 (assuming your connecting from that ip.

Yea its definitely not working most of the time. mp_limitteams is set to 2. I do get a message player team switched or something like that. But it doesn't actually happen. Ah well, hope you can get it working sometime. This is the most important command for me. I hate the server to be stacked.

if empty_version responds at all then the binary is loaded.
if it doesnt respond then its not.

(this in console of server or rcon empty_version

if it is responding then I would think all the commands work.
