CS:GO Server Querying Problem

I am trying to config my CS:GO server properly, but I am stuck at a weird problem.
The server is up and running fine: I can connect and play without any lag spike or connection loss,
But when I am trying to refresh my favourites list in the server browser - my server is not always shown there as if it's offline.
Quering in HLSW also shows it:
