I am using AMX on my Counter Strike 1.6 server. Is there any plugin or any other way to have auto commands, what I mean is for example the command "amx_rcon amx_say Welcome to this server!" to be executed every 10 minutes?

Yes I know that, but when I write something there, all users can see it, I want to write something that only admins can see, for example at amx_chat.

amx_task plugin wants a "raw" command, it doesn't just print messages. Meaning that you can put amx_chat in there to print something only to admins.
