Hey, I don't know if this is the right place to ask but here's the thing:
I'm trying to set up a Dota 2 Dedicated server on Debian 10 VPS.
I've downloaded Dota 2 files via SteamCMD (APP_ID 570), created proper (at least I think so) gameinfo.txt which was required to run but was missing.
Then tried to start the server directly from srcds_linux (./srcds_linux -game dota -console) and got this error:
Failed to open bin/dedicated_srv.so (bin/dedicated.so: undefined symbol: Plat_ShouldCollectMiniDumpsForFatalErrors)
Any thoughts? Thanks in advance.

As far as I'm aware Dota 2 doesn't support community-run dedicated servers.

There are some hacks for getting it working on older versions of the game, but I don't think it's working for the current version.

Yet there are community servers ran by some third-party services not related to Steam/Valve. I wish I could know how they managed to run them.
Question aside, there are lobbies that you can join and play on local-hosted server, is it possible to get MM and SM working on these? Or is there any other method of modifying the gameplay, e.g. remove runes while playing 1 vs 1 Mid Only? May be I should try asking Valve support team?
