The GitHub one might be incorrect. It depends on how you count, check the first post here. For example, in S4S and M4M there are 6 choices for CS:S and 7 for CS:GO.

I was able to make it work by setting SetPackPosition in increments of 9 instead of 8, as it seems to have increased by 1.
