Might help if you give more info. Are you in a group that has permissions to do these things? Does it literally do nothing as in the button doesn't work, does it not remove it from the database, does it say it was removed but still shows it?

Would it be possible that you can add mute/gag times in the join message like when a player does join.

You have been muted for 1 day(s), 2 hours, 6 mins or so

I mean this will always show up how long the guy need to wait before he will be ungagged/muted.

This has been working great for us on our servers, until the latest tf2 update. (when i also updated metamod/sourcemod)

now, when i 'mute' someone using this tool, they continue to be able to talk, even though their 'mute' shows up on our sourcebans page. i CAN mute them with the basecomm natives, but that defeats the purpose.

anyone else having this problem?

im using metamod 1.10.4 git923 and sourcemod 1.6.3 git4580 if that matters.

thanks,

mark

[edit] solved.

Hey I am having a issue with the website portion.

When I edit admin.php i get:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_ELSEIF in /home/site/public_html/sourcebans/includes/admin.php on line 315

and when I edit sourcebans.js the servers say:
Querying Server Data...

any idea how to fix this?

For some reason blocks added through the website aren't being transferred to the game plugin, but punishments from in-game are showing up in SourceBans...

When a block is removed it seems to work fine, but when a player block is added manually on SourceBans it isn't enforced the next time the player joins the server. Any ideas what might be the cause of this?

EDIT: Forgot to add, no errors in SB or in the sourcemod logs.

Same here, good chance it has something to do with the format, although sourcemod still supports the old format.
