Here's the steps to install zpa:
1) download zp4.3 and place them in ur cstrike
2) compile all sma and place the compileds in 'plugins' folder
3) launch cs1.6/condition zero and see if the zp works fine
4) if it runs fine, continue to download zp advanced 1.6.1
5) extract zpa files into cstrike + compile all sma
6) copy all amxx into Plugins
Done

Conclusion: u must have zp4.3 installed before installing zpa
