Does it work with Windows 7?

Been away from the program for a while and the last time I used it was on XP. I just read something that it might not work with it. Thought I'd give it a try and when I tried to open my picture, it said it opened it but I couldn't see the picture in the actual program.

My picture is 100x100 pixels so I think it should be fine size wise.

Is there any other way to convert for a custom spray?
