Hello everyone,
im just thinking about a plugin to catche players voice volume
and if its enough loud, then mute or kick player form the server!!

but i cant find API's or i dont know how to catch players voice volume!

You're not going to find one - you need an extension to decode voice data.

i dont know how to decode voice data, and i dont know how to write extensions
