my lan ip 10.28.13.2 didn't work and yes i'm dis/re connect to server after each change

i'm just wanna know how can i know my "in-game" ip .. i mean what is my ip when i join the server .. what command can i use

If you have console access to the server type status in the server console while you're connected. And don't just re connect to the server, RESTART the server.
