I plan to remove cvar util and use okapi instead of it. So it will be possible to use it without cvar util when I get the motivation to update.
Without okapi no.

i had issues with this module too, had Segmentation fault $HL_CMD error on centos

Yeah, on linux okapi is very likely to produce a crash. I will replace it with orpheu which works well on linux.

I'm using Rehlds , Regamedll , ReAmx ,Metamod-r and other Re-Metamod plugins..
I don't think okapi or cvar module will work with my config..

And almost everyone has started using rehlds and reamxx etc. so I request you to please edit plugin...

and even why wud some install these 2 modules just for 1 plugin

And because they are needed for the plugin to work. I had enough of this "I don't want to install modules" crap. Don't want to install modules, don't use the plugin. It's as simple as that, but there is absolutely no reason to not install a module.

I have no plans to support regamedll, rehlds and especially reamxx. Basically, what I said before: I'm going to remove cvar util and okapi and use only orpheu but I won't add support for Re* stuff.

They are trying to fix the bugs and improving hlds perfomance and u people just hating them and their work..

If someone is try to improve something then you should support...

Since this forum is mainly about amxx then atleast supoort rehlds and regamedll and other re-metamod plugins .. leave reamxx part..

We don't hate their work and I personally have nothing against them. Arkshine even added support for rehlds/regamedll in amxmodx 1.8.3
You have to think about the effort that it takes to support 2 versions of hlds. It's a work that I'm not willing to do. Also take into account that their version is constantly updated which means a plugin that used to work may break at any point if they change something.
