The same DDoSSers ( Registered in this forum and they help him ) says we start to use ips from different country's ( i mean , Chile , Uruguay ).

if they use russian ips ? , if they use Spain IPs ?

I don't understand why someone hasn't come up with a solution to stop these kind of attacks. Aren't there any plugins that can help deal with this issue?

Banning a whole country doesn't seem like a fair and good solution to any problem.

The same thing happened to Romania. The country was on an inch to be banned because of users that try to destroy something that is free and useful for everybody.

I understand that in this situation you have to choose between two evils the lesser evil, but really can't we all contribute or do something to help fix this issue?

The solution is expensive. And if the attack is large enough, there's nothing you can do but wait until it stops.

A good start is to convince people of the importance of antivirus/-malware software and to tread the internet wisely.

Depending on the country, you have different legal options.

For example, if a Canadian company is being DoS'ed from another Canadian IP, that company can request a takedown for that IP (which is I heard done in quite fast).

I'm sure something similar exist in U.S.

However, I highly doubt any quick & legal actions exist to prevent Argentina's access to U.S.
