You're terrible wrong!

You can write in console something like: name "Blah Blah Blah
* notice that " (double-quotes) sign at the beggining.

Or you can just write your x words len name in the Options panel.

Fake servers, useless plugin..

I don't think i need to add more reasons to this...It isn't verry well to spam "Internet Servers" with your fake ones just to populate your real server.

No. The thing which you are talking about is different. It's just a redirect counter when your server redirect anyone from one to another, it will show the statistics of those redirects (a.k.a when user was redirected, what time, when most of the users redirected, blah, blah..).
