Yes, it does work. Tons of servers still use it. You can for example check one of our GFLclan servers, or the website page to check the server/web Hlstats.
Regarding the latest version, I don't unfortunately remember it myself at this moment.
Not since the SourceMOD 1.7 release and installed on our servers. In a few days it will be 2 months since the release of 1.7 and this plugin is broken in terms of getting up to new coding changes. A point I have made twice this week.
