More Information:

It should contain 3 commands - /top15, /bot15 and /rank:

/top15 - Kills, Deaths, c4 Planted and c4 defused. The kills should have colums. Regular Normall Kill, Headshots Kill, Knifes Kill and He grenades Kill.
/bot15 - Kills (normall, hs, knife and he), Deaths, c4 planted and c4 defused.
/rank - when someone writes the command it should write sometime like: Your rank is X of X with X frags and X deaths!

Seeing as you are ranking by name, I cannot tell the difference between bots and players.
Do you have specific names you are using for bots that I can use to know if one of those entries is a bot or a player?

I could write a plugin which saves whether a player is a bot or not by the name.
Then combine that with stats to show it.
