Muzzle flash is very likely clientside only.

Maybe its your view, the best variant, the muzzleflash clientside to have.
But I will create a server with cell-shading maps and I need a plugin, that change the muzzleflash. The server will in a comic style.

Can you help me to write such a plugin.
