[REQ]TF2 Auto kick after x hours on the server

Hi, having 4 servers working pretty well i'm looking for a plugin which will kick people after being x hours on our server. It could seem pretty radical but people are complaining about player staying on the server for 4 or 5 hours when people who just want to have fun have to wait in line to play on our community servers.

you can set up reserved slots, having +maxplayers 25 and sv_visiblemaxplayers 24 will not put you on the custom tab.

So have 25 slots, hide one, and always keep it empty with sourcemod.

I got reserved slot in place for admin to enter the game in case of emergency, it's just that there's some peolple who played sometimes for 6-7 or even 8 hours straight. I just want them to be kick for waiting people to enter after x hours. We got a large community (800 users in steamcommunity) but i don't want them to have special right to enter the server, i just want to clear the server of hardcore player while classic player want to enter and play with their friends.
