[SOLVED, ISSUE WAS CAUSED BY MY FIREWALL]

Hello,

I recently came across an issue with CSGO.
-I subscribe to a map, (Aim_Botz CSGO practice map)
-It downloads
-I play the map
-I get this Message as I am kicked back to the main menu
"Disconnected. Failed to find a dedicated server."

I've never had this problem before recently uninstalling CSGO. I've looked into other boards/forums from the past and have tried pretty much each method that seems to have worked in the past.
1. uninstalled, reinstalled, verified cache.
2. Checked modem and windows firewall for issues, hard rebooted modem and settings.
3. Cleaned out configs, csgo folder entirely.

Here is the only message I get when attempting to start the map that says it has been downloaded:

Host_WriteConfiguration: Wrote cfg/config.cfg
Error reading file materials/panorama/images/map_icons/screenshots/1080p/recoil_master.png.
Resource materials\panorama\images\map_icons\map_icon_ recoil_master.svg failed to load.
Error reading file resource/overviews/recoil_master_radar.dds.
Resource materials\panorama\images\icons\ui\custom.svg failed to load.
SignalXWriteOpportunity(2)
CModelLoader::Map_IsValid: No such map 'maps\workshop\419404847\recoil_master.bsp'
Failed to start server map!
ChangeGameUIState: CSGO_GAME_UI_STATE_MAINMENU -> CSGO_GAME_UI_STATE_MAINMENU
**** Unable to localize '#GenericConfirmText_Label' on panel descendant of 'PopupManager'
SignalXWriteOpportunity(4)
Succeeded in starting server map!

When going to the map download location, the actual map does not download. Only the Images of the map in the workshop.

Anyways, thank you for taking the time to read this. Any help would be appreciated.
