PHP Code:
// Set to the minimum health a camper keep. Set to 0 to slap till dead
// -
// Default: "15"
// Minimum: "0.000000"
// Maximum: "100.000000"
sm_anticamp_minhealth "0.000000"

// Amount of health decrease during camping every 2 sec
// -
// Default: "5"
// Minimum: "0.000000"
// Maximum: "100.000000"
sm_anticamp_slap_dmg "100.000000"
When I set the value of damage to 100 and the value of min_health to 0, then remains the health to 1.
Can you write a function, which slay the camper.

Example:

0 | 1 | 2

off | slap player | slay Player .. which is camp on the map

team color not work because PrintToChat()
*edit
I made this change
PHP Code:
                //PrintToChat(i, "%s", Saytext);

new Handle:hBf;

hBf StartMessageOne("SayText2"i); // To send the message to all players, use StartMessageAll("SayText2");

if (hBf != INVALID_HANDLE)
                {

BfWriteByte(hBfclient);

BfWriteByte(hBf0);

BfWriteString(hBfSaytext);

EndMessage();
                }
