I tested this myself and it doesn't seem to be working, probably because this plugin was made in 2008 and back then servers could actually execute commands on clients (Such as "retry", in this case)
I would personally think that this plugin would not work, but I'll be working on a newer version to make it actually work.

using this plugin with this command works great if anyone needs it:

sm_cexec #all retry

If that's so, then this should work as well.

With this, you can use the Sourcemod multi target filters, such as:
sm_retry @all
sm_retry @me
sm_retry @t
etc.
