Partly it seems... with a connected player it works just fine.

But on an empty server no rotation will be done what's however.

• endTimer freezes (expected - hibernates, no ticks, no timer)
• mapchange using "only" the AcceptEntityInput-game_end isn´t working

I added a hard ForceChangelevel in the plugin that gets run in case no players are connected
-> WORKS

CS:GO-Tested "0.4.1" Plugin below - you must have sv_hibernate_when_empty 0 in your server.cfg!
