FastDL not working (kind of)

06-20-2019 , 00:50 FastDL not working (kind of)

I'm running a TF2 server with custom models and materials (for custom weapons). When I join, the FastDL works as intended and the files begin to download. After a moment, however, it gets stuck on a file and refuses to download. This file is not consistent and some people can join without any issue. I'm using SM Downloader to force download the models and materials.
