I see many people here have troubles with English language and, particulaly, with formulating valid, short, sharp and unerstandable terms and phrases. It shall be great if we can have forum, especially dedicated for solving these issues. I think it'll help to improve quality of plugins a lot.

Many times i write scripts or programs that i can easily understand by myself, but then i waste lot of time to write descriptions / references / notes / tutorials. People will not use things that can't understood.

P.S.: also i can't see any forum branch about forum itself (in other words, a ideal place for this topic).

Are you referring to all those tutorials out there?

People don't care if they use stuff they don't know how works.

I haven't seen people giving up on using a computer just because they don't fully understand what is going on inside that infernal machine.

I'm talking about other developers, not about normal users. Now i'm developing quite big module with great range of functional. First, it's hard to develop alone, so i'll try to collaborate. Second, i plan my module to be used by plugin developers. Most members of community speaking English or are even native speakers.
And, if someone don't care about quality, i still care. I want to try this request, because community may help me and others like me. Also i've seen many people that publish potentially great but unpopular things, because lacks of adequate descriptions.
