Can we make a plugin that Delete opengl32.dll automatically in Counter strike 1.6 servers

I mean when any player who have opengl32.dll when he entering in the server its opengl32.dll will be deleted automatically from its whole counter strike 1.6 game ?

Then he will be no able to use wallhack What you say ?

Uhm, maybe post a new topic here: https://forums.alliedmods.net/forumdisplay.php?f=12 because this forum is for the sourcemod, not for Amxx

And in 1.6, there is many way to prevent this wh method
