Chat should always be logged (if they didn't changed it with the last updates).
You can add "+logsdir logs" to the startup line and see if this helps.

EDIT: Also make sure that log is enabled with "log on" in server.cfg.

Then i'm out of ideas. I never had problems logging the servers chat.

i found the problem that my server is not logging say or say_team message to file ! it only log amx_tsay

how can i fix it pleasse !

The anything to file unless you turn logging on which is not what you are trying to do. amx_tsay is an AMX Mod X function and has its own logging features. None of this is related to the log_address and HLSW stuff.

It sounds like something more fundamental is wrong. Please show the output of the following server commands:

version
amxx version
meta version
meta list
amxx list

Chat is logged to the HLDS Log Files, not the AMXX Log Files. HLDS Logs are in the logs folder (unless you change it with the +logdir startup command) and AMXX Logs are in the addons/amxmodx/logs folder (unless you change it)
