[Req] Recreate plugin

Hello,

I was wondering if somebody could recreate a plugin for me. This plugin is called Diablo mod and it's version 5.9. I think this code is quite outdated and so could have been leaking quite some memory or whatever so, I also believe that there are way better functions nowadays.
My request is that somebody could remake it with all the same results at the end, but more optimized.

Ofcourse there will be a payment if requested. However I do wish to know what it will cost from the start so I can check if it's in my budget.

You're asking because you have noticed your server was lagging, seeing it eats much memory and such ?

Well yea, it has that problem, and also I am using a MySQL database for it to save the levels. But when I have a map change it takes a little while to load it up. In Warcraft 3 it basicly Instantly loads up, which probably has a diffrent way of being scripted.

Please I need to get my plugin more stable, currently I got frequent failures in it.
If somebody can improve the source I would love to get into a little talk about it.
