the same thing happens to me that happens to FatalOE71, it only happens to me in the final rounds, it says that a tank is coming but none appears, they are frozen.

I'm not sure what's causing this. Are there any errors in the logs?

All the plugin does is assign a Mutant Tank identity to each Tank that spawns.

Does this only happen in finales?

It only happens in the finals, when a tank spawns, it stays frozen.

Only a couple of tanks manage to appear.

I got some kind of these bugs either (on rare times like 1/50).

Some scenarios below:

1) The tank spawns but stays frozen (frozen I mean by...it don't hit the players, just stays on the same place, but with animations...like if it was waiting for something).

2) The tank spawns invisible only with the Glow and the Attachments (like oxygen tank), but immortal since it can't be hit (his body does not render), also it doesn't attack.

Doing a slap or teleport doesn't change these behaviors.

Don't know if it is plugin related since is rare to occur, and I couldn't reproduce this issue, if I force another tank to spawn (even from the same type), it spawns nicely, and it happens in a random way, no Tank type specific.

This problem I have seen it Even with l4d2_Last boss.smx, l4d2_lastboss_extend.smx or even normal tanks only generated with l4d_multitank.smx of 3 or 2 tank 1 was invisible only heard him roar

I do not think the problem is the preload of "models / infected / hulk.mdl" "models / infected / hulk_dlc3.mdl" in some maps???

I have seen another problem when a tank is born. the tank does not attack, it just looks at you. I followed you to where you are but does not attack, I did not hit.
*I solved that error by removing these 2 add-ons ammo_pack_deployers-l4d2.smx and [L4D2] Defib using bots.smx, I do not know which of those add-ons generated that error but since both manipulate the behavior of the bot they gave me the error that the tanks did not attack only they roared at you and followed you wherever you went and they kept watching you

I can't really do anything about this since it seems to be a random bug. I wouldn't even know where to start looking.
