How can i make a tag with multiple colors?

I can't load simple chat processor.

Gives me this: [SM] Unable to load plugin "simple-chatprocessor.smx": Error detected in plugin startup (see error logs)

I added in the custom-chatcolors.cfg my steam id but still not working in chat
Why it's not working? With the flags it's the same

Perhaps you should do that. I've made the instructions red so you don't miss them again.
