Yes it is noN-steam, and i used hldsupdatetool, and you are just spaming with this, who doesnt know that, so i on my server to be admin with namer or ip. Thank you!

For the same admin, can different set of permissions be applied to 2 different games?

Ya I know, SB has needed different permissions for different games for a long time.
