how to install the plugin :
Go to Sourcemod/plugins/*.* (Drop Endsound.smx Here)

How to Install your Own Sound ?
go to :
cstrike/sound/
>Create a folder named "mapend"
>inside the folder paste mp3 format song named "sound"

and you're done !
