even before gamedata are loaded.

I have the following error when compiling on sm 1.11

SM v.1.11 is unstable.
e.g. ~50 % of my plugins are broken just by one of the latest sourcepawn commit. See #613.

I updated the plugin. You can compile it by:
- downloading the latest version of plugin (v2.6.1).
- downloading the latest version of SM (at the moment v.1.11.0.6740)

For other plugins, wait for pushing the latest sourcepawn commit to the sourcemod.

The music is still not fixed. When jockey rides a survivor to hang on the egde, menacing music keeps playing when survivor helped up or helps himself up.
I think it causes horde music to continue and tank music to not start, too.

I didn't come up with a better idea yet.

it is by default, if you didn't change a value of l4d_incappedpillspop_allow_kill ConVar.
