Camel., find desired mdl file, find all dependency files (other models, animation, textures; for props, it's usually textures only), e.g. inspecting with Hex editor, Model Viewer + Crowbar decompiled qc.
Pack all dependencies in bz2, and upload in content-server, upload mdl / ani / ... in gameserver.
Create plugin to upload all required files to your clients, and for precaching the model on server.

PS. As about Object spawner, you need to add the new model in l4d2_spawn_props_models.txt list.
