Looking for a Coder on Skins

I need a plugin or a coder to help me setup a skin system, where players donate and they can get certain skin. I had the csgo skin plugin but its only stock skins, and I want custom skins. Here is one of the example I would like on my server http://mapeadores.com/temas/batman-i...among-us.7426/
