I want to make a "bribery" plugin. For that i need to extract some arguments form the chat.

For example: Player X says: /bribe Ratonel

I need to get "Ratonel" so I would know who would X bribe.


OR

How can I make a menu not knowing what the choices are? When a player types /bribe ,I want the plugin to create a menu with all the players from CT.
