Okay guys, I'm starting to think its a Valve bug.

I've disabled this plugin and the plugin to set it to 10 players and I'm still experiencing this issue.
My server has got itself max visible players set to 1.

Anyone reporting this to hlds mailing list for linux? I'm too lazy to.

Just wanted to say that if the server is on linux you can filter out the mvm_visiblemaxplayers console spam with grep:

./srcds_run <params> | grep -v Setting\ sv_visiblemaxplayers\ to\ [0-9]\ for\ MvM

Mine does it too since steampipe, max visible players sometimes declines from the set amount to something like 6 4 3... have to restart it

There are no bots, changing maps also does not fix the problem, had to restart the few times this has happened. Its only happened since steampipe.

My server is under linux, so I tried this command to avoid the spam:

./srcds_run -game tf +map mvm_bigrock +ip MY_IP -port 27016 +maxplayers 32 +threadpool_affinity 0 +host_thread_mode 2 +mat_queue_mode 2 | grep -v Setting\ sv_visiblemaxplayers\ to\ 6\ for\ MvM
Still spamming the console. Any help here?

By the way, why the hell sometimes my mvm server goes to 4/4 3/3 2/2 1/1 0/0 and it needs a changelevel to fix?
