Well I've tried everything under the sun.. as already stated a new install on a whole different machine and same thing. Shows "Online" at the bottom but I can't get it to go offline no matter what I do...I've even removed the firewall rules and it still shows "online" <-- damn weird!!

Ok finally got it into Offline mode but still won't pull the logs and shows the same error.

Well no router tried... I installed it fresh on a laptop and stuck it right to the damn modem and nothing. I guess my next question is there application that can be used that goes right from point A to point B without relying on their crap to be up like this? This program works great for what I need but its a damn shame it needs to have something working on their end for me to use it for just my own servers.

Still nothing but that one server still manages to get logs when I don't even ask for them??

Also noticed this error at the bottom:

replace xxxxxxx with your external IP which if you don't know it already can be found at whatismyip.com
and paste it into the HLSW console tab. then click on the "lan get log button"

ok let me try this

Edit: Derp.. I did this to the server.cfg on that one server that is giving me logs, ok yeah this works going to add it to the other server.cfg files on the other servers. Thanks for the reminder!

I have the same issue since like 2 days.

Only working solution is to add manually logaddress_add xx.xx.xx.xx:7130 in the console where xx.xx.xx.xx=(your public ip.)
